We believe in delivering products purchased on www.minte.in in splendid condition and in the quickest time possible.

We deliver to all postal address in India. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery, we request you to provide us accurate shipping address, billing address (in the case of different shipping and billing address) and PIN code.

Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. The shipping address may differ from the billing address. mintE will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

In most cases, orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placing.Estimated delivery time on orders within India is 3-5 working days. In a few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistics partners. Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate, sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, return, replacement or exchange will be entertained for this reason.

Hidden Charges

There will be no hidden charges on products purchased on www.minte.in. The charges mentioned at the time of placing orders are final and all-inclusive. What is free replacement?

If you receive aproduct in 'damaged' or 'defective' condition or it is 'not as described' on www.minte.in, you may request a replacement at no extra charges. Return policy is mintE-specific and terms may differ. Returns are covered by the 7 Day replacement guarantee. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with mintE. If the product for replacement is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Refund is initiated only after the product is returned by customer and received by mintE.

  1. We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickupare done free of cost.
  2. Number of days within which return can be initiated varies. You must contact us within the defined period to initiate the return.
  3. We support replacement across categories in case of damaged product.
  4. In case of refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift charges are transferred to your account.
  5. Customer support will inform you about the pickup process.
  6. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, mintE will refund the amount for the same.

What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the product?

  1. Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. It is simple. Please follow the instructions you receivethrough email.We pick up the originally delivered products from the customer’s location.
  2. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Pack the product safely to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.
  3. Mention the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
  4. Please mention mintE's address as specified in the email notification sent to you.
  5. Do retain the original receipt for the courier charges you have paid. It will be required to reimburse the shipping charges. Also note down the courier tracking id for any future reference.
  6. Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as mintE receives the product from you.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once a replacement request is placed, we will send you an email detailing the pickup process and also inform you about the initiation of replacement.In most locations, the replacement product is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered product is picked up from you and after it reaches mintE. If you do not get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement product when it reaches you.

What is mintE buyer protection?

mintE buyer protection seeks to help buyers who have an issue with a product, as mintE provides resolution. Write to us at care@minte.in in case you want to raise a dispute. mintE looks at each dispute on a case-by-case basis fairly.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.
  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  2. Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition (as received)
  3. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  5. Products that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.

When is refund provided?

We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money is safe. Refund is issued when mintE cannot provide replacement.

Why have I received the refund to my bank account yet?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations over the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date we promise, you can contact us. We will be glad to help you.

How do I cancel an order?

After an order is placed, it can be cancelled before the product is shipped by us. Once the product is shipped, no order cancellations will be entertained by mintE. If you have any queries, you may contact us via email or telephone and our customer service executives will guide you.

How to Cancel your Order?

  1. Log into your mintE account and go to the 'My Orders' page.
  2. Identify theorder to cancel
  3. Click the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation.
  4. Once your cancellation request is placed, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed at the earliest.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

  1. Orders once placed can be cancelled only before the product(s) in the order is shipped by us.
  2. If the Order Status shows that the product(s) in your order is 'Shipped', the cancellation of order is not possible.
  3. Once you request the cancellation of your order, we will need a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified about the same through email.
  4. However, if you opt for getting the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective bank to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delay post confirmation of cancellation/refund by mintE.

Replacement

Replacement facility is provided when you receive a damaged product or when the product has technical issues. Once you place a request for replacement, you will receive a call from us, informing about the initiation of replacement and describing the procedure. Our courier partner Delivery will facilitate the pick-up of the product. The replacement fee is borne by mintE. Our customer service executives will guide you through the pick-up procedure as mentioned above.
