⋙ Every mobile phone undergoes stringent 72-point comprehensive check at mintE. You can also run a 21-point Minte check (through Minte mobile application) on your phone and get a detailed status report. 


What is 72-point comprehensive check by Minte?

⋙ Your phone is examined at various points during the 72-point comprehensive check to ensure the internal and external condition of the device.


What is 21-point Minte app certification?

⋙ You can run the 21-point Minte app certification through Minte App to diagnose your phone.


Are open-box phones covered under warranty?

⋙ Open-box mobile phones on Minte come with 6 months warranty (seller/brand).



How do I know whether my order is confirmed or not?

⋙ Once you place an order with mintE, it will be processed by us. A unique order ID will be generated and sent via mail/text upon confirmation of order.


How do I track my order?

⋙ Orders can be tracked using order ID by logging into your Minte account on our website or by following tracking procedure of our courier partner Delhivery.


What is order status?

⋙ The status of your order can be:
Confirmed: Your order has been processed and successfully placed
Cancelled: Order has been cancelled
Shipped: Product has been dispatched by Minte and will reach you soon
Delivered: Product has been successfully delivered by courier service.

You will be notified about the status of your Minte order via email/text.


Can I place order without registration?

What is my account information?

⋙ Account information is that which you provide at the time of registration. You can manage/edit this data at any time.


How can I modify account information?

⋙ You can modify/edit your account information by signing into your Minte account.


Can I change shipping address after placing order?

⋙ Shipping address cannot be changed after placing order. 


Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?

⋙ Products listed as Out of Stock cannot be ordered. However, you can enable the 'Notify' option to be informed when the product is next available.



When will product in my order be shipped?

⋙ Products will be shipped on the same day or the next day after placing order on Minte.


When will my order be delivered?

⋙ Products will be delivered to customers within 3-5 days after placing order on Minte.


How safely is my product packed?

⋙ All products on Minte are firstly bubble-packed, then placed in Minte’s customized safe packaging and handed over to the courier person.


Can I open and check the package before accepting delivery?

⋙ The feature is presently not available on Minte. You can check the contents of the package after making payment (in case of COD) to the delivery executive. However, after opening the package, if you require replacement of product, you may place a Replacement Request.


Can I have different shipping address and billing address?

⋙ Yes, shipping address may be different from billing address for orders placed on Minte.


What is shipping charge?

⋙ Shipping charges are collected for orders placed via Cash-on-Delivery (COD) on Minte.


Are there any hidden charges?

⋙ There are no hidden charges for orders placed on Minte. All charges are fair and transparent and will be reflected at the time of checkout.


What is the reason for delay in delivery?

⋙ Delivery of products may sometimes go out of promised timeline when our delivery executive has difficulty reaching your location or when details provided by you to us are inaccurate.



What are the modes of payment available?

⋙ Payment can be made via Credit/ Debit cards, Net banking, Wallet, Bank transfer or Cash-On-Delivery for orders on Minte.


Is EMI option available?

⋙ EMI option is available for orders placed on mintE.


How do I pay for COD orders?

⋙ You can make full payment to our delivery executive at the time of delivery of the product.


Are there any extra charges on COD orders?

⋙ Delivery charges for COD orders will be 2% of the order value on Minte.



How do I place request for replacement?

⋙ You can contact our customer care on 9100 100 400 (10AM to 7PM) or email us at to place request for replacement of received product.


When can I place replacement request?

⋙ Replacement request can be placed when the product that you receive is damaged/has technical issues/missing accessories. The request can be placed within 7 days after receiving product.


How do I cancel my order?

⋙ Cancellation is not entertained on Minte. You may contact our customer care on 9100 100 400 (10AM to 7PM) for any queries.


When can I get refund?

⋙ Refund is initiated only when a replacement product is unavailable on mintE and the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 72 hours.


Why can't my product be replaced?

⋙ Your product cannot be replaced if :
Request for replacement is placed outside the specified time frame;
Product is not in the same condition (as received);
Product is returned without original packaging, accessories & freebies;
Serial numbers are tampered/missing.
